Do you accept walk-ins? We do not accept walk-ins. As a busy clinic, our schedule is often fully booked, sometimes weeks in advance. To ensure every client receives proper time and attention from our doctors, all appointments must be booked in advance.

Are doctor consultations free? We do not offer free in-person consultations, but you’re welcome to send us photos and details about your concerns in advance, which our team will review with a doctor to provide initial recommendations; for most treatments, a doctor consultation is included as part of your appointment on the day of your visit.

Do you require a deposit for treatment bookings? Yes, we require a non-refundable deposit of 2,000 THB (approx. $60 USD) for all new client bookings. For higher-priced treatments, a deposit of 15,000 THB may be required. For returning clients, the deposit requirement may be waived at our discretion based on previous appointment history.

Why do you require a deposit to make a booking for treatments? Due to a high number of no-shows and last-minute cancellations, deposits are required to secure your appointment and reserve dedicated time with our doctors. This ensures that each client receives proper attention, and that appointment slots are not held and left unused while other clients are waiting for availability.

Are deposits refundable? No, all deposits are strictly non-refundable, as they are used to reserve dedicated time with our doctors. Appointments may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours’ notice, allowing us time to offer the slot to other clients. If you arrive late, we will still do our best to accommodate you; however, your appointment may be delayed depending on the doctor’s availability. In the event of a no-show or late cancellation (less than 48 hours’ notice), the deposit will be forfeited.

Can I choose my doctor? Yes, you can request a specific doctor when booking your appointment, subject to their availability.

Is there parking available at your clinic? Yes, we offer ample parking space for our customers as all of our branches are located in shopping malls.

What languages do your staff speak? Thai and English. Please let us know if you require assistance in another language.

How long will my appointment take? The duration of your appointment will depend on the treatment you are receiving. We can provide an estimated time when you book your appointment.

Do you offer online consultations? Yes, we offer online consultations for certain treatments. Please contact us for more information and to schedule an online consultation.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
All deposits are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or changes in schedule. We kindly ask that you only book once you are certain you can attend, as your reserved time could otherwise be offered to another client.
Appointments may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours’ notice, allowing us time to fill the appointment slot.
In the event of a no-show or late cancellation (less than 48 hours’ notice), the deposit will be forfeited.
If you arrive late, we will still do our best to accommodate you; however, your appointment may be delayed depending on the doctor’s availability.
While deposits are strictly non-refundable, we understand that genuine emergencies can occur. In such cases, please contact us via WhatsApp and we will review the situation at our discretion.
Please note: If you choose to proceed with a different treatment on the day of your visit, your deposit can be applied toward any other service at our clinic.
